I had this issue with sending a vid to someone as well. They have the option to take a video or pic to send as part of a message but it only allows pics to be attached. I can only assume that they haven’t activated the function to attach vids, private or otherwise, to messages yet and this will be a feature that will be available as the site continues to get the video functions fully up and running. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it available in the coming weeks.
And to reiterate everyone else here, you do have stunning pics and the video is wow  |

I've seen some videos are now 30secs, so less editing needed.
Also, if you want to show it to someone, add them as a Friend and then they can see it.
