when online they are 10 to 15 miles away but off line within 20 minutes they are 200 miles away

They could just be changing their locations

I do it all the time when I travel. I think only the near me function uses GPS the search function just uses whatever postcode or county that’s on your profile.

Or like the other guy said they are pilots !

If you log on to fab on a computer as opposed to a mobile the location is completely inaccurate and can show as hundreds of miles away.

On a mobile the location provided is when your device last pinged a mast. So it can change if moving but the difference is minor.

I move all over the place daily and wee wifey is always a mile radius of the house.. this confuses people a lot
