And all I did was say hello. I could see into it if I was harassing her (I wasn’t)
Though to be fair, if she’s decided she’s not interested, I’m as good as blocked anyway.

I think that’s a given  but thank you for your input
I was thinking more along the lines of “look at it as a good thing. Better to be blocked immediately than strung along for weeks or months” ( which has happened to me before as well) |

Tbh Op...
Most of the men on the forums are too busy looking for approval by the women  and knocking each other as they have a scarcity mentality  ...seeing each other as competition
However, the truth is very different  ...There's actually more than enough meets here for everyone if we all focused on chatting and having the craic
("sure it's what us oirish do" )
Also, lads need to be bigging each other up here too as most lads here
are decent and would have more fun if they changed tact a little & just focused on having fun

Welcome to the club... I sometimes look at a profile for the first time only to find myself already blocked . Each to their own . I couldn’t give a fuck if I get blocked . Their loss I say. Nothing or no one surprises me on here any more. |

Just means they dont like somethig about you.
It could be your pics, your preferences, your message, a status update or a forum post. Hell they might nust not like your username.

In my opinion I just think she wasn't into you and blocked because sometimes when you turn men down here it gets treated like a negotiation.
You seem very nice and friendly and definitely give that impression through your profile and pics, so I wouldn't take it to heart.
Just see it as a time saver and move on to the next. |

Well I have no problem with people blocking me for obvious reasons. But I can't understand blocking for childish reasons like some do. |

Sometimes I get randomly blocked and a few days/weeks later I get unblocked, without interaction whatsoever.
They are doing me a favour, as I won't waste my time messaging someone who does that.
The last thing I want is keep chatting and messaging someone, just to feed their ego, when they have no interest in meeting.

People block for all different reasons. I've been blocked I just block back and move on. Doesn't really bother me. You shouldn't let it bother you they obviously don't want to meet you so waste no time more wondering why just move on. |

99.99% of the time you have lost nothing by them blocking you. I have never ever ever thought someone was awesome and clicked on their profile to see more and see I am blocked. It's usually when someone says something strange quoting me, and I click on, and they have me blocked. Someone I wouldn't have even had a conversation with, let alone met.
So dont worry about it. Maybe block back so they dont unblock you and strike up a conversation though. |

To be fair, we were organising a meet with a lady and because it took us a day to respond with logistics (due to hours worked, we just didn't get a chance) we got a snotty message and blocked.
Very much not our loss... Lol. We had a great evening away, on our own! |

So obviously you " didn't have her at hello "...just used the Jerry Maguire movie quote with a twist. ... She just nipped it in the bud ..huge Salute to her for that my friend...NOT because it was you ...but believe me ..l've been on the end of the timewasting string a longers who just keep messaging and NEVER met simply because they NEVER had any intention of doing so in the first place...and it's not a nice place to be when that happens...so this lady did the correct and decent thing ...and you a huge favour..by not wanting to waste your time . |
