Any guys doing movember obviously just a question for the guys. Although I can think of something the ladies could do for it I certainly wouldn't mind

I visited carrauntoohill for the first time this year, didn't get to the top I only had a few hours! Definitely going back next summer to finish it...

Its amazing...

I'm guessing it's not a great time of the year to be doing it tho

We done it three years ago and it was snowing and got a bit dangerous but was amazing when we reached the top.we always have guides with us and have the right equipment. Every year we pick a different mountain, last year was lugnaqulla and a fog came down and we couldn’t see anything and got lost it took us an extra 2hours and got dark, it’s not something you can do without any experienced people. But suppose that’s why people sponsor us for doing it.

Well done to anyone who supports this cause. My dad died at aged 59 to prostate cancer. He was the fittest, most active and most handsome man i knew. He did not drink or smoke and ate healthy. It was horrendous to watch him suffer.
