Finally something I know about lol
Dropping serious money on serious runners got get fitted first,. I was a new balance guy for years, and a few weeks before the marathon I broke 2 lace eyes, got fitted , was told slim foot go with Mizuno
Now at least up till 2 years ago the Mizuno Wave were voted best shoe on the market, some of the yank brands are catching up v fast..if only walking try Trail runners better design better fit.last longer the Terrex range is very good,

Not sure of street name but Molly Malone statue take a right there Elverys on your left, it's their runner shop , those guys will set u right, but infairness unless ur planning on hitting big miles, great outdoors kinda shops are your only man or Ecco , road walking different ball game |

Get up to 53 degrees or Kildare village, forget runners, for 1 winter is coming Jon Snow and u'll need warmer protection, for now hit Amazon , hit trail shoes, see the style u like then hit amthe above places to try on. Tip minimum spend 70 euro, this ensures u getting better grade level 2 or 3 even quality,
For example my Aloso boots were 285 in Budapest saving 80 on dub price, crazy money but I had piece of mind from a bar to the Swiss Alps for 7 years , look , like , fit, pay,,

No...u gotta be careful with running shoes. Go to a proper running where they will put you on a treadmill and analyse your gait, pronation etc then recommend proper shoes to suit your specific requirements |

The right runner depends on your foot shape and your gait. What's good for you may not necessarily suit the next person. Go to a proper running store to get fitted, try and avoid high street chains as it is usually someone with no experience serving you. Also, ideally you should not use runners when doing high mileage walking as they are constructed to take more of the impact towards the front of the the shoe as this matches where your foot strikes. For walking, shoes should have a heel structure build to absorb heel strike stride pattern as the heel strikes first when walking.

I'm good for hiking boots.i use my work boots, good grip fit perfectly and can wear for hours. great advice, I'm not going professional running so I won't need to check gait etc, off the shelf will do. |
