Good flop, bad flop

So ladies and gents, grab a load of this!
Difference between your flop and hard on ( Grower or a show'er ). When relaxed and on a flop im around 3 inches  . When fully erect a little over 7. Anyone else like this that more than doubles in size?
Im sure theres plenty that are the other way - larger on a flop but dont grow much when hard.
I know its all about how you use it wtc, but giving the choice which would ye men pick?
Also ladies, what is your opinion on this? |

The best thing about being a grower is, turning a girls disappointment from "god it tiny" into "oh thats better"
For the flip side it would be " oh thats big" and then " is this all "
So i think im happy being a grower
