There's a thread on this in the lounge, seems some phones aren't compatable. They will try and sort it out. One of the many headaches to come with this feature.

You will have to go to the support forum, personalized support is not part of the gold or silver package

Waiting for fab servers to crash as people trying to play and can't and keep trying causing overload.

Thankfully the rugby is on.
