So recently a friend of mine on here had some health problems and ended up having to have a colostomy bag fitted. He’s not confident enough now to come back onto the site but wondering what people’s feelings are on it. Would people be still willing to play ? |

I just said I’d throw it out there for him. I very much doubt he’ll come back anyway but can’t hurt to ask.
Have seen a few forum posts for the uk but not so many for Ireland. |

That it is my friend. He’s much better health wise but think there is some confidence issues that may take a little longer to resolve but we’ll get him there |

Sorry about your friends health issues hopefully he`s past the physical healing, his self-confidence will take a little longer to restore, but most people would see past any imperfections after all every single one of us have one or two imperfections of our own....

"It wouldn't bother me. But would be a bit more careful in certain positions. "
What this poster said. No one is 100% body perfect and there are also a lot of people out there who understand what it’s like to live with a chronic illness...I’m assuming he has Crohn’s disease. It will take time for him to get his confidence back but he will get there eventually. |

A good friend of mine had it done. Best decision he ever made, it hasnt stopped him living an active life.
I wouldn’t let it put him off, as long as hes honest with himself, everyone has issues and if hes a nice person it will work out fine. |
