Grab a bit of sand paper for 5 mins a day and skip the moisturising you'll be sorted and you can stay in your nice warm dry office  |

I think the Dad bod chunky monkey or Gerars Butler look is what the majority like these days. A bodybuilder or overly athletic guy wouldn't give a women the attention she craves as they spend 90% of their time concerned about appearance.
From experience I think most women prefer a honest humble genuine guy who isnt in shape over a cocky in your face ripped 6 pack and big biceps kinda guy.
Dont get me wrong that doesn't apply to all but in general even if you read the surveys about it most women who like the bodybuilder or ripped type still have no issues been attracted to those who arent. |

Yet women spend hours beautifying themselves to go out, while a woman doing any kind of gym work or exercise will be lauded as strong and beautiful blah blah blah. |

But women who go to the gym are clearly fully engrossed in themselves and will have to.time to look at men never mind meet them. |
