Some can pull the skin back all the way and give it a proper clean but the ones that cannot pull it back all the way, due to the pain of the skin stretching, will 100% of the time have smegma. Not because they're dirty but because it's impossible to clean what you cannot reach. Many people who get circumcised do so for hygiene reasons rather than because it looks good. |
