I've thought long and hard about this. But I feel it's necessary. If Ireland win the world cup. One lucky fabber gets to date me. You don't gotta buy me chips to get me in bed either. |

My god where is your fighting spirit dont think we will win the world cup but we will definitely be in the semi final ok we didnt play well today but we still won and got the bonus point we needed russia havent won any of the games theyhave played so i think the boys have done us proud so far |

I love your Optimism, I really do.
But Our last 2 performance against England, Performance against Japan & amount of players lacking form .. It really would be a miracle to bear NZ or SA. (As daft as that sounds given our Ranking going into the competition) |

Definitely be in a SF? Id rather face NZ than SA in the quarters but I dont see us beating either |

I was very optimistic until yesterday when we made hard work of beating a team with only 3 professional players.... still kinda hoping they are holding back but looks like we will be embarrassed in the quarters |

Its got nothing to do with fighting spirit or pride in what the team have achieved.
The fact is they seem to have peaked in 2018 and on the basis of perfomances this year and this tournament there are 6 better teams.
Sure they might pull out a massive performance and get some luck but cold analysis would suggest a 1/4 final exit |
