Believe it or not, Tesco's own brand hosiery is actually very good. Ok they'll never quite compare to Wolford but at £4 for a pack of 2 pairs.. For your height though.. I'm not so sure. I'm size 12/14 & 5'6" so generally go for M sized.
M&S tights & stockings used to be way better but they're not all that anymore. I miss their Italian Collection stuff from the mid 90s. A fiver a pair but oh my god they were nice.
If you go online, try a brand called Fiore - their Raula Idalia & Raula tights are frankly the closest you'll ever get to £15 a pair quality for under a fiver for glossy tights. They do similar stockings too.
For meets & club visits, cheap is the way to go IMHO. When they're £2 a pair who cares if somebody rips the crotch open to get in, or you ladder them on another girl's heel!
See also, believe it or not.. Primark. Study the size guide & you can't really go far wrong I don't think. |
