It's impossible to say. For some reason women seem to take offense when I pull out my tailor's tape and try to measure them.... and they are equally as touchy when I ask to see their clothes labels.
If only there were grading holes on escalators in department stores similar to the conveyor belts which sort apples  |

Interesting though. I dont mind curvy at all but I was just asking because it's getting curvier on this site.

Their is no difference it's all subjective to the person, and the person viewing.

You don't get to draw a line for other people. What one considers curvy someone else considers different. Like saying at what point does someone who's identifying as thin become emaciated or ill looking? The negative other end of the scale. It's not my business to be remarking on other peoples bodies. There's enough shit going on with people harming themselves over poor self image. Two posts today I would say are a pop at plus size or "curvy" women. I'm delighted there's more plus size women and men on fab. With regards deceptive r photos lying about true body size so many people are catfishing each other and lying not just people posing from very flattering angles. People lie about all sorts on here from marital status to sexual performance to sexuality.I identify as plus size and I own my body. I'm happy and if I wanted to call myself curvy why not. I will choose how I describe my body. Many men and women describe me in various voluptuous rated terms. Who cares??? |

Yeah kinda sounded that way the thing is you have men out there for all types of women and vice versa. All women are beautiful just because you wouldn't fuck them doesn't mean they are not. I like curvy women tbh I like a nice booty but that doesn't mean I don't like slimmer women or larger women. Not that you care I just got a bit carried away and said to myself fuck it you may aswell post it. |

Perhaps not consciously, but that's how it came across and how it always comes across when men try to make a distinction between "curvy" (meaning attractive) and "overweight" (meaning unattractive).

Each to their own and nobody should be purposely made feel bad about their weight or body shape.
That said people can be overly sensitive about the issue. I think its no different to people choosing to not meet smokers, or people who use drugs . You'd be far less likely to be just blocked or seen as cruel for stating this on your profile.
Yet if people say they aren't into overweight people their crucified.
What's the difference?
I also do personally believe there's a difference between curvy and just plain overweight. |

Well going by your profile pics Bo, I'd be too distracted by your sexy figure to be curious about your measurements .
In reality every man has his own preferences when it comes to who he finds attractive. Their are a minority fixated on one extreme or another, but I think most men looking at a woman are initially attracted to a her appearance, then her personality and eventually the 101 unique aspects of her individuality they take in as they get to know her. Guessing her weigh or a label to describe her BMI listing dies not rank in mosts thinking.
At the end of the day, grading into weight categories is something that should be restricted to cattle markets and boxing tournaments. Any man or woman who does feel a need to rank others in that way are looking for trophies and not people. |

Have to say how disappointed I was with this thread. I mean that typo should have lead to some good jokes, remember the "breading parties" thread we all certainly rolled with that one lol.
Seriously though does it really matter in the grand scheme of things. We are all guilty of guilding the lily so to speak in how we present ourselves in our profiles.
Also curvy is very subjective, they can be nice almost gentile curves like rolling hills or they can be dangerous curves like Mulholland Drive. Both are equally as fun to navigate. |

For me personally curvy means hourglass figure. The distinction I draw is that if you lose weight and your curves go with it then you're overweight. I've been very underweight and still had an hourglass figure with big boobs and ass and that proportion stays no matter how much weight I lose of gain.
You can be curvy and fat (that's how I consider myself) but to me not every fat woman is curvy. |
