Plenty people here have actually sat in hotels waiting for people to turn up, plenty have paid for hotel rooms to be completely ghosted, or travelled miles etc
So just cause you chatted to someone doesn't mean your entitled to an actual meet or ride.

This concept of "time wasters" makes me laugh, as if we're all on here putting 100% of our best quality energy into finding a ride... most of us are idly fabbing pics and sending the odd message when we've nothing better to do. It's not that deep. Chill.

That's not a time waster. That's someone who changed their mind which they are allowed to. They don't owe you anything nor you them. Is is rude? Absolutely. But it's their choice. Wasting your time would be if they did it on the day of the meet. But a person changing their mind when nothing has been finalized is not time wasting. It's just frustrating. |

I am the same Tiny I have plenty of photos on my profile so no need to send any. After I send face pic I don't send pics. It's a great way to cull the people who only want to chat for wank bank material only. |

I have been let down bye a lady whom i went to meet 3 times not once and a couple whom we were just arranging a meet and they just dosapeared off the site but think they are back on ..i just move on feic them i say . |

Best bet is not to let anything on here actually annoy u as its not worth it,only go for well verified people (difficult for newbies I know )maybe meet through socials meet and greets 1st and above all if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. |

The only people who's time I waste are those who don't read profiles 
I had a conversation with a vanilla friend recently, where we were booking a weekend away. With a wry expression she asked 'should we ask x and y if they want to come?' My reply was 'yeah sure no harm asking them, they won't turn up anyway, they never do, but at least they won't be in a huff because they weren't asked'. It suddenly dawned on me that timewasters and fantasists are not limited to Fab... We all know people who prefer to live life in their heads than out in the real world. |

OP, I think it's better they contacted you in advance than left you hanging at the meet. Sometimes people change their minds for whatever reason, don't take it to heart, this can sometimes be a marathon not a sprint but worth it in the end. |
