"Soccer- playing ,coaching supporting
Swimming - pool and/or sea every morning for wellbeing
Gardening - haven't a clue what I'm doing most of the time but stuff grows  "

Am into my sports, rugby, gaa mainly but watch a bit of everything. Into my music and fitness but my biggest passion is motorcycles, former racer now get my fix doing the odd track day and spinning around. If am not out on my bike am in the shed working on 1 or attending/watching a race meet be it road race, BSB, WSB or Moto GP |

Mine are: walking, hiking and climbing as a "sport activities".
Gardening, cooking and baking, and of course reading books and listening music.
Its absolutely fantastic to see happy faces of my family and friends and when they say: "May I ask for extra portion, please? This vegan meal is divine in my mouth" 
These moments give me a motivation to modify existing recipes into healthier version.
Regarding gardening... Its a really fantastic moment when all hard work Ive done and am rewarded to see all my plants are growing, blooming and we have veggies, fruits and herbs directly from our garden. Its a pure joy!

Tipping away in the garden...sitting in a cafe in some town square in another country..sipping a drink and watching the world drift by....bliss. That and ridin' |

Cycling (hill I love the climb then pushing my limits down hill)
Walking (beach coastal parks hikes)
Dancing (a good boogie)
Music (playing listening and belting out a classic in the car)
Cars/Motorbikes (Love to maintain and upgrade)
DIY (Yep fixing things for me and others is a joy)
Camping (Born into it love it)
Laughing oh I love to share a belly laugh with friends a real joy |

Music either dancing around the house naked or just heading off in the car with Spotify on shuffle.
Sitting in a coffee shop with a good coffee watching the world go by.
Nights in front of an open fire good bottle of wine listening to music
Hugs/cuddles
Flipping tractor tyres and swinging sledge hammers, the feeling of an 80kg deadlift |

Please learn to drive lady..it is so important ,and it gives you so much more independence..and you'll love it ..maybe you have certain reasons why you don't but please believe me you won't look back if you do learn to drive ...so much more independence and freedom for you ... |
