"Definitely Galway, just not specific on my exact location. The right side of the bridge though
Is that east or west? The traffic on that brigde!!
The west...like I said, the right side "
Ahh the west! |

"Annoys me when I talk to someone and think they are in Dub and they aren’t it’s time wasting for me! I am from Dub don’t see the point in saying I am when I’m not "
I agree with this. You say no thanks as you are too far away and the they go but I am from etc. Its annoying. Also if chatting to a few it's hard to remember will so and so is here and not here. I |

Me too, if I was in Cork I would set it to cork. It would sting a little but I would do it.
Some people are not even in the country. |

"Guilty of being up front and honest, gullible enough to believe everyone would do the same "
It’s not just as simple as being upfront and honest with every single person who views your profile.. pictures.. location! For me that comes after chatting and where there is potential for a social/meet. |

Oh that makes perfect sense but I mean in all reality your not going to be chatting to someone and hoping for a social meet if they aren’t at least within a driving distance of you surely.
For example your in Northern Ireland & I’m all the way down in cork. The odds of us meeting for a social even if we clicked while chatting here would be very unlikely. So if someone says they are from cork and I get chatting to them only to find out they are actually in Limerick it makes the planning of a social meet so much harder. Therefore I would presume people are up front and honest to a degree?? Maybe I’m just a bit odd that way. |

Actually, thinking about it, nearly all the women I’ve met have been in different towns completely , most 20 miles or so from their given location. Weird |

Depends on how each fabber wants to approach it...some could falsely say they're from a certain area but only Message ladies around the area from where they're really from and if they get any reply at all..cause not all Messages are replied to anyway regardless....even one that says " sorry but you're too far away " ..then their next message tells them from where they're really from ..so they find out the fabbers real location one step later so to speak..l know of course there is the chance that once the recipient of the Message see's the area she night ignore it anyway..but hey ..how many times would guys send messages to ladies from their real area to ladies in the same area and never get a reply anyway ?...plus as regards , putting down your location,it can be a privacy issue too...until one has sussed out the lie of the land they're treading..and if the fabber has no issues travelling it really doesn't matter ,the only thing is because of the distance it may not be able to happen as much as one would like . |

"Just curious as to how many people actually put their real location for where they're from? I have Dublin but I'm not actually from Dublin "
ours isn't. we are in kildare hence the name but kildare isn't as busy as dublin is hence why we have dublin. |

Near Enough |
I don't have my real location on here, but initially I had. It brought out all sorts of people trying to guess if they knew me and I had one very angry and threatening guy who accused me of being his girlfriend! So I changed it. I tend to prefer to travel anyway. |

A TV took the huff because I wanted to know why he wanted to know where I lived. Because I said if we can not accommodate why would you need to know where I live.
I was told I had a bad attitude. And he was going to tell the good people on fab |

How is that a bad attitude? I frequently tell people where I am is none of their business, as they won't be coming to my home! |
