Never too early, will be hard for northern hemisphere teams as usual but I think this is the year 1 of them can stop the mighty all blacks. Hopefully Wales (mr)

well being english will keep my bias to the men in white but definitely very close this time with the resurgence of south africa wales off a grand slam and australia showing they can be dangerous in attack only be be mauled the following week. sure ireland will regain so mojo once sexton is back pulling some strings

was the same in the 6 nations no plan B jones seems to have all his faith in ben youngs despite shocking form didnt dare take him off in 6 nations and now only 1 backup in japan who has only 3 caps.

wales need to adapt now to biggars style big change to your approach but quality kicking from hand and under a high ball

Worried Ireland are going to be well off, few injuries and squad depth is a issue unfortunately. Hope I'm wrong

Agree with that, you have a strong starting 15 bit injuries could hinder you alot plus lack of form

Strong 15 is great but the intense nature of World Cup puts pressure on squad and thins it out unfortunately. And as you say form is a big factor too. Hope they improve tomorrow

Hopefully we’ll get a bit of form back for it. Like others have said. It has been very wobbly lately. I worry that we may have peaked too early last year. But I hope I’m wrong. I’ll be at the aviva tomorrow with everything crossed. Even my legs.

We was thinking of going to the game too but wasnt paying €75 for a non competitive game, so will be watching in a pub in Dublin instead

Yes elite as in some of the best players in the world at their sport, in a professinal sport, in a game that though not a competitive fixture is one that will generate alot of interest of course the prices are high ya dont need to be a colonial organisation to have a desire to make money

We have so much strength in depth, fear not.

It’s never too early to talk about rugby.

I’m almost at the Aviva

The back row doesnt look nearly as strong as it did a year ago..

And Toner will be missed at the lineouts in crunch times.. Best throwing doesnt inspire confidence

unfortunately thats all toner has to offer is his height in the line outs..for a big man he should dominate more..put in some big tackles..kleyn is a bulldozer ..big carrier of the ball hence why he was picked over toner

I know why the selection was made but Kleyn is not a proven ball carrier at test level and anywau to say all Toner offers is lineout ball is greatly underestimating him,

I kind of have to agree with you there about Toner!

Hopefully Kleyn can hush a few doubters ASAP

England will bring agression and bulk, which in a six nations can unsettle squads who want to keep injury free. It will not in any way unsettle the all blacks or australia in a rugby game, they will welcome it.

Ireland and wales will bring technical rugby and historically this has been the best way to beat southern teams.

Luck will be needed by all teams to win.

Its rare to go into a competition where you can realistically see 5 teams winning. In the football world cup you think maybe 1 or 2 can win it.

Worlds number 1 is like an anchor round their necks look at the last time they went there but on the flip side it was a good runout before the start of the WC

was a good confidence boost for ireland much needed before the group stage.

would be worried for wales with 3 losses in warm ups and now pratchel looking like he may be a doubt with concussion on the back of anscombe.

On Wales - obviously missing a few players but Patchell looks too light, got ran over a few times so if he plays he will be targeted in world Cup.

On Ireland - improvement from the last few games, moved the ball quicker, defended better and were camped in the Wales half the whole second half, should have scored more. Obviously positive if it's stepping up all the time. Good performances from Ryan, Van Der Flier, Larmour especially tackling and Kearney. Aki making people miss tackles with his side steps.

Lineouts first half weren't great.

First step up so happy and good to see improvement. Onwards and upwards
