Mine is pretty variable....

If work/life gets very busy or stressfull it cam nosedive or it can stay the same at which point fab or meets become a very welcome distraction.

If someone in paticular engages it, it can go into overdrive.

The better I am looking after myself (good food regular exercise) the higher it normally is too

I’ve had no sex drive at all for a good 2 years now. The thought of letting someone near me makes me feel sick if I’m honest.

I’ve tried to ‘get back on the horse’ in the hope of curing it, but alas. I’m quite sure it’s all depression/medication related but I can’t see a resolution to it.
