Hi all was on here a few years ago met a few nice couples and singles all seem to have moved on too but this time it's getting harder (pardon the pun) to meet is it an over 50 thing   |

I truth OP, being over 50 probably will have some impact. I see lots of guys complaining that most upper filters are set at 45 or 47. If you can manage to track down anyone you met previously, you're more likely to get back into the swing of things, and they may even introduce you to others. Have a think about who it is that you want to meet though... Are your own tastes and preferences still the same or did you tick them because it's what you were into before? Aim your profile at the type of person you want to meet and you might find that it gets better results... I know if I read a profile and thought 'jeez this guy knows exactly what he wants, and we're pretty much looking for the same thing', I would have been far more likely to respond to someone, or even to initiate a conversation!  
I'm quite realistic about Fab... I know if I were to put up a meet in the morning there are lots of people I wouldn't appeal to based on my age, body type and looks. So I'm quite happy to quietly sit back and find ones I am compatible with. |

Patience is the key on here. Take some time to jazz up your profile and message ladies you'd genuinely like to meet. You look great so I'm sure you'll do well on here. |
