I found yoga great for my core. But obviously it might not work for everyone we are different after all. |

Love the de stressing aspect of yoga and the great feeling that you get at the end of class.
Haven't tried pilates but for some reason been curious about.
Joined a gym in Coleraine and they have a pilates/yoga combined class which I am going to try. |
