"I'm looking for someone to give me some lessons in doing my makeup that is reasonably close to me.
TIA for any help/advice "
A lot of make up artists now give one to one lessons. Have a look online for makeup artists and message them. Any good mua should help you out. |

"Have a look on YouTube, you're spoiled for choice there with videos on applying makeup. "
It's as much about finding the right products to use such as shade of foundation, as how to apply them. I've looked at a few youtubes which assume the viewer has some experience but I've zilch |

Look up how to find your undertone then you need to know your skin type ie normal dry oily or combo. Finding your shade range is easier then. To match your colour simple put some foundation from your jawline onto some of your neck the one that looks closest to your skin is your shade. |

YouTube isn't really good to start out in my opinion. Nothing beats having a real person show you the ropes in a one to one session. Been looking for something like that in cork, but other than paying for a proper make-up course there doesn't seem to be much |

"If you're willing to travel to Dublin, there are 2 ladies who specialise in fem makeup and makeovers for CDs. B and Susie. Pm me if you'd like to know more."
I also endorse both, they are brilliantly helpful and very friendly.
You will not regret it.
