The people running Donegal social politely told me when I politely asked that there was no room for single males.
That was grand and then they updated by saying there was room for a few.
I messaged the admin again ( nicely) but message was read and deleted with no reply to me.
I wasn't pushy but think if your not in the clique its difficult to get in(so to speak).
Anyone thoughts

Doesn't say anything on the original post about single guys haven't been verified.
I've seen other socials where guys have want to go and only been verified that week. Single guys constantly been vilified on site but yet when ones tries to get to an event everyone nit picks his veris or lack of them. |

organising parties of any kind are hard and time consuming work ... if single gents tickets suddenly become available it is more than likely due to an increase in the number of ladies attending .... tickets then go extremely quickly ... organisers don't always have the time to reply to everyone who applies simply due to demand .... that and what the others all said is prob why u didn't get a reply. lol |

Same happened myself regarding Donegal social. I never got a reply back once face pic was sent. Its near damn impossible to try to get to any social without a verification.. but yet reading on forums it's best to attend a social to get some verifications.. I understand that you've to be careful who you invite to these socials.. but sometimes with some single men you've got to give them a chance. I'm sorry now I deleted the couple's profile I had with verifications.. at least that way I could prove I was genuine. |

And wonder why there's so much negativity from genuine single men trying hard and doing everything by the 'book'. Some organisers also are opportunists who charge over the odds with the silly notion it weeks out the non genuine guys. Only thing it s out is self respecting genuine guys.
OP, one of the best is organised in Belfast once or twice a year where rack person pays the same and all profits go to a named charity. I found it interesting that it's one of the cheapest to go too and they have considerable charitable profit too. It demonstrates the greed of some.
There are also free midweek and weekend socials organised through out the year which appear periodically in the forums in different regions, these are often set up to help guys get verified, as such they tend to be more open and less 'face/body' conscious about those who attend, very relaxed and the organisers image isn't an issue.
Just keep looking.
NB to the person who not picked about one guys last Veri being 2013, all I can say is he's been around a long time, I'd say he sounds consistent probably avoids drama unlike many who keep deleting and reappearing (that's also a good way of removing 105 veris in 4 months  ) and lastly a Veri is supposed to be about saying you are who you are, so insisting on a newer veri would suggest you don't believe he is who he is which sounds absurd imo.
And we wonder why single guys struggle. Some of it is to to with the attitude/chip some ladies have towards things. |
