Hi, I've been using this site for a while and getting nowhere. I use another more mainstream dating site and have met loads but not a single meet here. Granted, I'm no Brad Pitt and may have lost my charm with the frustration of getting nowhere, but still, not getting anywhere. Someone just told me that there's a secret to this site and it is to get involved in forum chats. She said DM's are a waste of time. Is this true? |

Get along to a social meet..a party if you can. Once people meet you and like you, you'll hopefully puck up a few verifications...should get a bit easier then |

Maybe re phrase your profile. Offering meat & potatoes type of sex probably won't have them wanting to drop their knickers anytime soon. Look at other well verified guys & see how they structure their profile. Thst might help you but sell yourself better. |

It can help.... It can also hinder. It's relatively easy to put a foot wrong on the forums or in the chatrooms, and then you've not only made a balls of things with the person you were interacting with, but probably with anyone else who witnessed it too.... On the other hand, if you can hold your own in the chatrooms and forums and people like your contributions, you may find that doors open a little easier. |

Do you think people get written off that easily on here? I would have thought unless you were a complete twonk you should be ok on the forums.
In relation ti DM's OP they are a little harder as the person recieving them only has the mail and your profile to go off so its harder to make them organgic and charming |
