Hello everyone. I've recently subscribed to audible. As well as being able to purchase, you also get a free book each month. That freebie can be any book on the platform. So my question.. have you guys any suggestions on what freebie i should pick this month?

But it depends on your interests.

Do you prefer story telling or some science/economics books?

50 shades is never going to be a book I'd read or listen to. Lol.thank you for the suggestion though.

Mystery, thriller, non-fiction, philosophy, biographical, classics. The thing is i don't have a certain type of book i read. I like getting suggestions from others. It opens up ideas for reading that i may never have gone for myself. So fire away.

It's a great book of 4 linked stories. It's a movie too but the movie is crap in comparison to the book.

I've just downloaded West Cork - a podcast about the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier. It's supposed to be amazing.

Depends what your after.

I have not long finished “a short history of nearly everything” by Bill Bryson. Now listening to “A history of western philosophy” which is heavy. Also listened to a drama “six degrees of assassination” which was a freebie and not bad.

Hell

I'm listening to Sherlock Holmes: The Definitive Collection and I'm really really enjoying it. It's read by Stephen Fry and so far each story has had me hooked.

I'd definitely get it with a token though as its very expensive to just buy.

Started Dallas 63 and felt it was a Christine clone.

I've read 95% of his stuff and I still think The Dark Half was his most vicious. High toned Son of a Bitch!

Movie was crap but that's my recommendation.

The latest Bill Hodges trilogy were a good read but the tv series didn't do it for me.

Rose Madder was nail biting, similar to Misery but different subject matter.

Enjoy
