According to a tweet I just read female giraffes urinate into the mouths of the male before mating... I dunno why but I felt I needed to share that piece of information!
Anyone else feel the need to share useless facts*

Some Male of the species, once they’ve finished mating with the female, basically ignore them and don’t respond to the mating needs of the female. They grow apart from their chosen mate and look for other females to mate with in the usually mistaken belief that the new selections will offer something more. Bloody men |

Male Reptiles in both lizards and snakes have what is called a hemipenes which is essentially two penises.
Also a tortoises penis can be half the length of his body and unfolds like a flag once erect.
A male camelion will aggressively try mate with a female pinning her down and biting her. Holding her in place while they mate.
But once the female is impregnated she will attack the male which has resulted in death.

When a Male from the shankill courts his chosen mate from Turf Lodge, he builds a small bonfire in her honour , mounts her doggy on it and pulls her off just as it’s lit . This is all the while she sings her favourite Wolfe tones song; Celtic Symphony |
