Bottom lid eyeliner

I'm no make up guru, but by god I keep seeing women and tvs heavy black lining their bottom eyelids.

Has anyone told them that it makes their eyes look droopy?

Does anyone find it looking attractive?

Am I the only one who mentally makes a stop and questions why do people still do it?

I hate it. Specially when they have some bright blue or pink in top lids. Its outdated and juat hurried out.

I dont think they realise black liner closes the eye off and makes them look smaller.. a nude liner would open the eye and enhance the eye look

But yea so 80's n amateur looking.. Suppose everyone has their choice but as out of fashion as bell bottom's

I won't mention the blues n pinks
