I had mine done when i was 19. I coukdnt pull my foreskin over the glans so i spoke to my doctor. He didnt even look and referred me to a surgeon. They admitted me and prepped me for the operation. Tbe only person who stopped and asked any questions was a female nurse. She asked me why i was having it done and i told her it wouldnt go over the glans. She asked had anyone (apart from me) ever tried to do that when it was erect and i said no - she asked to have a look. After she examined it, she said she'd have a work with the surgeon. I heard nothing until the surgeon came to speak to me about the op - i asked him what he thought after the nurse examined me and he told me not to worry about that (please, no jokes about him blowing me off!) And they went ahead anyway. This was in 1981 - these days id have a lot more info and a lot more choice. The resultant job looms like its been hacked by a blind woodsmith with a blunt axe - i soooo wish i hadnt got it done. |

Loads, some will think a little should be cut out, but the director will demand that it makes for a cleaner plot arc.

I was circumcised after birth as I had phimosis which is basically were the foreskin is too tight which made it hard for me to pass urine.
I don't feel that being circumcised has majorly impacted my life or sex life in any way.
I guess the only con would be that I am less sensitive in that area but the pro would he that I can go for a lot longer than most.
I definitely agree though that unless it needs done for medical reasons then the foreskin should be left well alone.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it springs to mind. |

I was talking to the doctor who cut it off and he was telling me that he had been doing it for 50 years and had preserved every single foreskin and brought them all to a leather craftsman and asked him to make something.
