I use it a good bit, as other users have said it's so handy.

I've done, ham, beef, pulled pork in it. I've heard the likes of butter chicken is beautiful done it in. It's my list of things to try. Happy cooking

Start with something easy like a roast chicken or meatballs. Then expand from that. There are great Facebook groups you can join for ideas and suggestions.

During the Winter months it's lovely to come home to a slow cooked stew

yes I love them I marinade backstraps overnight in brandy,or red wine with fresh herbs,vegetables,salt,pepper,etc leave for at least 10 hours,only the finest
