short guys, short girls

Why does a woman have to like short men just because they are short themselves?
I'm 5'1" and I have dated shorter than average guys but I just don't tend to be attracted to guys shorter that 5'7". It's not exactly something I can help.
I know it's not nice to not be someone's preference but it's not something people do to be malicious. |

the fairy tales alway des ribe the princess e as "tall, dark, handsome" .. nature has it engrained into the female brain for taller than her.
interestingly the guys replying are 6 foot...so no problems for them |

We’re both short a**es and have met both male and women of various types of heights not all people care about height. Sure all the same lying down bar me female half I’m a big higher than himself when we’re both lying on our backs! |

I prefer taller girls, but they have to be thin and italian.
Tall Irish girls are usually too heavy to lift over my head.
Of course I dont have to be able to lift over a girl over my head to have sex with her, but I need to be able to bench her at least. |

I find it an issue. I've chatted to women for them only to say are you really 5'4"?
It's frustrating as they are not bringing me home to meet the family. We are all here for the same reason. |

And in the fairy tale the girl is small, slim, beautiful and needs to be saved by a man. They are also totally unsuitable for any man unless they put an effort in.
So maybe we should all just stop watching disney and maybe not pick our partners based on it.
Princess Mononoke is better than any disney princess anyway. |

I'm only 5' 8" and prefer shorter women but an inch or two taller than me won't bother me.
I don't know what it is but it just feels right when the man is taller.
It's not a need to protect, or in a woman's case, a need to be protected.
It's just a better fit.
That's my two cents anyway. |

I'm 170cm tallest girl I've dated was was nearly 190cm. Have to say though she was very secure in her self belief and wasn't worried about how others would think of her. 2 mates of mine together a long time he's 214 cm she's 152 cm. |

I never even look at the guys height when we first start talking. I'm 5'2 so virtually everyone is taller anyhow. I usually only realise how tall they are later on if we keep chatting. |

I'm 5ft 11 and when I was younger I wanted to be short and petite with straight hair because I hated my curls. Now I'm older I can appreciate my height because I can reach the top shelves in Tesco for the little old ladies and I love my curves because I worked hard for them and I have embraced my curly hair because I have my trusty straightener for days when I want a change. We all want what we don't have but as RuPaul says 'girl if you don't love yourself, how the hell can you expect anyone else to' that's my word of wisdom for today  |
