Most Dublin fab wemon I message or chat to tend not to meet people who are from out side Dublin, I'm curious, is it because we can't say, "how ya", or, "what's the bleedin story"? I can try it in a Carla lad accent but sorry ladies it wouldn't sound the same...lve come up with the racist theory but it's more likely a plot from Dublin gaa to discourage fornication with us mere mortals outside the pale and maintain football talent in Dublin forever  |

Let's say if not limited by traveling and others limitations. I'm a culchie, but from a relatively small community where everyone knows everyone and what they've had for breakfast for the past week... So (when I was meeting) I tended to meet folk who were far enough away from me to give me a sense of security that if things didn't work out, they wouldn't act the dick and start causing problems (it happens!). For someone living in a city, there's a greater degree of anonymity and presumably lots of choice right on your doorstep... So I can understand it when Dublin folk can't be arsed talking to anyone outside the Pale. If I was living in a large urban area I'd probably be content looking locally too... If something becomes regular you can make spontaneous plans... Whereas with someone further away, time and planning are necessary.
I don't think there's any racism involved... Its just convenience! |

I saw a perfect example of it today, there was a load of corkonians in the local lidl just now, they were looking for something but no one could understand what they were saying.. It was a blatent lack of respect for our native accent, luckily there was a Polish girl who worked in Cork before and ended up translating |

Racism is attributing qualities to another person based on race,I.e thinking Asians are better at math is a racist thought that's propagated commonly.

lol it doesnt say I am from Dublin I didnt personally right I am from Wexford however the site says I am from Wexford theres noting I can change about that.
I live in wexford not Dublin so most my meets are wexford based hence why I have it set as wexford!
And Dublin doesnt go on that they are the best county in the hole of Ireland yes we have a great team for now it wont last long just they way kilkenny didnt last long.

An massive influx of passionate wexicans(and not in a sexual way) will descend on croke Park trying to beat the best county ever to play with small balls best county when was their last trophy? If it was the best you would be still winning 2015 was the last big win wheres the best county gone the past 4 years
When was Wexfords last trophy? Even Waterford was able to win a league few years back, and if they can do it anybody could do it, except Wexford you must have missed the part where I said I am from Dublin I have no idea when wexford won anythinv I really couldnt give a toss. So far I haven't had any problems with Dublin people met some nice people in life many come to Galway for nights out which I've had the good fortune to have a good time with some lovely ladies |
