Whiskey literally gives me rectal bleeding, too harsh on my insides. I just stick to the lakes and rivers I'm used to like bottles of Heineken in moderation |

"I think I've had at least one drink on most of meets, as long as someone isn't steaming d*unk it wouldn't bother me at all if they have a drink."
Agreed the drink doesn't matter I find someone who can't handle a drink socially can't handle alot of things in a non...social setting haha |

I'm probably much nicer anyway after a glass of wine |

Have to agree with Rover here. Tried a bottle of Slane recently (not in one sitting ) and it's really nice, smooth, complex and quite different to my favourite single malt.
Definitely one for folks to try |

I don't mind someone having a drink or two if we're socialising before play... But I have had one occasion where I had to put my meet to bed because he got completely bladdered.... Even the next morning was a write-off as I had to stand over him giving him sips of water while he chucked up in the ensuite He did ask for a do-over, but after travelling 2 hours each way to meet him (half way) and shelling out for half the hotel bill, I wasn't inclined to take the risk again. |

Loving this thread. I no longer drink, but whiskey was my drink of choice when I did. Any time I’d meet another whiskey drinker I’d ask “any whiskey in particular?” and 90% of the time the answer was Jameson. Ya it’s nice but if your a whiskey drinker then surely you d discovered there’s more then one type, I mean there’s about 12 different Jameson’s alone without even moving onto other brands & distilleries. |

Sipping on a black Bush whiskey at the moment, that's my favourite or red breast from Jameson.
One or two drinks at most for a social meet., but would be happy out with tea or coffee also for social meet. |

Glenmorangie 10yr old single malt is my normal favourite and their 19yr old is amazing! 18yr old is actually more expensive very good but try getting the 19yr old from Amazon.
Not here! That's a different 19yr old and might not be as palatable |

Don't drink alcohol at all but if fortunate to get a meet l have absolutely no problem at all if the lady wanted to a have a drink and l always bring a bottle of water should any " play meet " occur...gotta stay hydrated.. |

I don't drink so for me it must be a sober meet. I don't mind it in the club but like said already once not steamed/d*unk. At least in the club it is controlled environment to a certain extent. |

"Well they do say that whiskey makes you frisky and rum makes you..."
Rum makes you..? Sorry foreign national here
I do enjoy glass of white from time to time...or glass of beer. Not a huge fan of drinking. |

How do you survive if you don't like drinking? |
