"Have recently come across this term and so many different views....so can't figure out if I fit the criteria  "
I think you look great..hate all the muscled up look...it's just about taste |

To me a dad bod is not toned or gym fit, but not too overweight either.
A little excess around the middle and front but relatively fit and healthy.
That's what I have so you could say I have a dad bod, even though I'm not a dad........at least I don't think so anyway  |

It's like anything in life. You have different type of Dads ..you have different types of a " Dad Bods "...but l honestly haven't a clue of what " criteria " you need to have to qualify for a " Dad bod "...l haven't honestly heard of that term till this minute... |

I have seen each inch of your body recently and definitely you are far from "dad bod"
