We posted a podcast answering listeners questions, but we just received this one and if anyone has any helpful suggestions fire away (shared with permission of sender):
Slightly embarrassing problem from a 30yr old guy who has severe bouts of “sleepy horn” when he has been driving for long distances. You can imagine the embarrassment when he needs to get out of the car and his fellow employees are exposed to his “enlarged regions”. He has on occasions “relieved” himself prior to stopping the car but this is not a sustainable solution given the ensuing mess and also safe driving practices.
Any advice for this poor unfortunate?

V&M"
Put an elastic band at the base of penis prior to the journey to restrict blood flow to the region. Also take tablets that reduce blood pressure. |

stay in the car thinking unsexy thoughts such as death or war. something horrible like that. this isn't a smart answer. apparently male porn stars do this to stop themselves from cumming too quickly. might help your listeners problem. |

It’s all cool. We’re not trying to be to everyone’s tastes. Each to their own. Thought it was a pretty funny comment in fairness
"He is ... think that might be aggravating the problem
Tell him to listen to your podcast.
Putting him to sleep you mean
Shots fired "
