From what I got his issue its hardware issue , screen cracked and flashing , so doesn't look good and its a samsung s8 so he got a quote of 300 euros for repair |

Had similar very soon after I got S8.
Official Samsung repair was about €230 and keeps phone in 2yr warranty, which was essential for me.
€30 on new case and 9H screen after and no problem since  |
