Pizza is something very personal... The best pizza for someone is a shitty pizza for someone else so, I will just list some of the places i know making a very good pizza in Dublin... Use Google to find them
Manifesto D6
Doppio Zero D1
Ciao Bella Roma D1
Bar Italia D1
Bellucci's D4
Just one note... From an italian point of view, to have a "proper pizza" the restaurant must have a wooden oven to cook them... It's my understanding that no restaurant in Ireland have one and the restaurants that seems to have one are still not wooden but electrical or gas (like fireplaces) (you need to see the wood been regularly placed inside the oven)

I just googled wood fired pizza Dublin , and loads of them seem to have real wood fired ovens . But of course we can’t believe everything on the internet, so next time I’m anywhere near a pizza place I’ll have to check out their woodpile ! |

Nothing like making your own dough from scratch, I'm actually planning on building a proper pizza oven this summer |

Agree with Ciao Bella Roma, one of my favourites, and it was recommended to me years ago by Italian friends. It's D2 though, on Parliament St. |
