I put hygiene and mentally stable, well ahead of anything else.

While the level of hygiene is hard to evaluate from just pics, you can figure out someone with mental issues from chatting to them for a good while.

I don't know about standards but I meet people who I fancy sexually/ physically.

I cringe at the word standard, because we never know, people whom have met us might have lowered their standard to meet us.
