I reply to most messages which show that some effort was put into them. So maybe your messages are not worth a reply.
I looked at your profile and your latest update shows some imaturity, if your messages are on that level don't be surprised that you don't get any replies.
Also your pictures are very repetitive. 4 of them are completely the same - of your cock. So when a woman looks at your profile it's not the most appealing.
