We always seek out nudey beaches abroad but it's rarely warm enough here! Skinny dipping is a pure joy in Ireland though.
There's a bit of a scene near clonakilty apparently...   |

We enjoy it. Although the weather and water here we find a bit cold. One of our pics was taken on the beach at Vico road last summer. |

I have been as a single and with a female friend, you get treated a lot differently as a couple. The beaches abroad are way better and less pervs |

What I am trying to say is a single guy I was frowned upon but by being there a m/f couple other peoples attitude was friendlier. I wasnt looking for something else !  |

Unfortunately some of the idiot meerkats have NO social filters and therefore fuck it up for everyone else. I have personally seen these idiots ignore social conventions and park up maybe 10 feet from a couple even though there are hundreds of meters of free space . What the hell do they expect! They seem surprised when a couple feel uncomfortable and then want to leave - |

Would be interesting if couples gave their perspective or reflections on nude beach visits- what went well and what didn’t . Maybe if some fab meerkats read they might understand the cpls viewpoint a little better - just a thought |

I live in Vermont for part of the year and nude River bathing is popular. Love the rope swings. Great in the hot weather there. If we had enough hot weather it would work here |

Have been to a few. Cornwall was great. Brittas bay (buckroney) and wasnt so good. Guys in the dunes spying and some even standing v close to us. One guy started to pleasure himself and only stopped when I started filming him on my phone and threatened to report him. |

In my experience of buckroney/sallymount- people on the actual beach are given a wide berth by the meerkats (and deviant arse hole socially inept men ) whereas in their warped minds cpls in the dunes seem to them to be game |

Been to Brittas Bay a few times. Was there last Monday evening. Thinkong of going agsin tomorrow morning, but unsure now after reading about "mercats". I just go to enjoy the freedom and the breeze on my naked body, not looking for anything more |

I organized a charity nude swim for years and each time all 50 people agreed they would love a nude beach area in Galway. It never really came if anything other than people coming back to the swim. Real shame.
