When it's the "end" for you, will you just hide your profile incase you want to come back or delete for good? Are you here for the short haul or the long ride?

where the wild roses grow

Im here quite a while, deleted once but was back within 3 months.

Reckon I'll stay here even if its just for the shits and giggles with pals I've made over the years

your imagination

Depends on why the end comes. Usually I'll just hide my profile when I'm taking a break for whatever reason. Not sure why I would fully delete to be honest... But I have recently decided to make a friend my 'Fab scrubber' and give her my password, so that she can delete my profile and pics for me in case I die unexpectedly. Sounds maudlin I know... But having had to jump through all kinds of hoops last month to have a deceased friend's profile and pics taken down on his behalf (a decision jointly made with some of his close friends) it made me more aware of how awkward things like this can be, particularly for singles.

About 2 years ago I wanted a break from all things Fab so took down all my pics and hid my profile.

I didn't sign in again for almost a year and a half so I'm glad I didn't delete the profile.

I'll probably keep my profile for good but might just take breaks from time to time.

I don't see a reason to delete the profile for good.

There's always a chance you'd be back

It's come to the end for us on Fab and other sites lots of times over the years. Preferably it's a happy ending because we have enough on our plates but often the site just gets tedious/not fun/too much like hard work. We just delete, get on with life for a bit, sign up again, probably why we've had as many user-names as meets!

Have a feeling there's an end in sight at the moment...

Getting a forum ban and coming back I can understand but I dont understand deleting your profile and back within a few weeks as I've seen numerous times. Is it a realisation of mistakes in deleting or attention etc. If I left here on my own accord, not through a ban from the forums permanently etc I'd be gone permanently I would think.
