DS9's setting meant that they could have many recurring characters, who got more development than some of the regulars in other seasons. The likes of Garak, Damar, Weyoun etc. were much more interesting than Harry Kim from VOY or most of the crew in ENT. |

"Captain Jean luc Picard
Touché
What actor is playing the part of Picard? "
Who else but Patrick Stewart? It's set 20 years after Nemesis. I think he may have left Starfleet at the start of it. If you google, the first images from the show, including logo, were released over the last week. |

"Yep . DS9 and Voyager are my favourites, can't choose between. I like the new series and movies, but I miss the original timeline, which they'd do another series set after Voyager."
As per my reply to Kaizer Thunderkiss, Patrick Stewart is returning to the role of Captain Picard for a series called Star Trek: Picard, which will be set 20 years or so after the events of Nemesis. It will air on Amazon in most of the world. |

Sounds good . I was going to cancel my Prime until I heard about them getting the Picard series |

I think it's great. Definitely the best since DS9, possibly even better in some ways. |

Love Star Trek. Grew up with TNG so looking forward to Picard series.
DS9 only got better after the Defiant docked and the war started.
The Mirror Universe are the best episodes, the females are way hotter there!

I loved discovery. The new spock is a hottie.
I still think voyager is my absolute favourite trek series. I adore Captain Janeway and I fell absolutely in love with the crew.
DS9 is a close second.
It's so nice to see some trekkies here!! |

I'm that much of a Fan that last year, I was quoted in the sun for a swingers article. Apparently we were having a swingers party at DST.
And captains theres no debate
Picard
Janeway

I'd agree with that but, I'd put Christopher pike in second place going by the new star trek movie's and discovery |
