Cork

Read the label...sometimes it recommends to refrigerate after opening. I keep both in the fridge.

Jam goes off pretty quickly if left out

Fridge is good for consumables

your imagination

Once anything has been opened it's usually advisable to refrigerate it, and usually says so on the label.

Unless you like furry jam?

Could butter a lady up and spread jam on her furry parts. Black currant of course

Both in the fridge once opened. If you keep open ketchup in the cupboard you need to sort it out!
