Most folk have Fab friends they will socialise with regularly, but it's just friends meeting up for a few drinks and a night out rather than an advertised/paid social. As someone previously suggested, why not drop a message to some of your friends or previous meets and see if any are up for a night out?

Some of those kind of nights often turn out to be far more enjoyable than a planned or organised night!
