Get up in the morning and hit the gym.
I can do one, maybe two mornings a week and then that's it. Now it's not for lack of trying. The alarm goes on for a quarter past six each day..... And the snooze button follows rapidly each morning. would love to have the work out done and dusted to enjoy the evenings.
So what are peoples routines? |

I'm lucky that I've a good active job working on a large scale farm.
Have gone down two pants sizes while getting 15-20kg heavier. No need for the gym when work is enough of a workout. |

Gym 6am or 7am 6 mornings a week, or at least that’s the plan Monday normally doesn’t happen as a few drinks can be taken Sunday night Saturday morning can often be cancelled for the same reason of a Friday, as for Sunday well that would just be sacrilegious!!!!! |
