If you know the exact profile name, just go on your profile page and edit the url by replacing your profile name with the profile you want to block (even if they have their profile hidden).
Then you can click on the right Menu button and select Block User. |

You can block a profile - and you won't see them appear in searches - and they won't be able to mail you.
You will, however see their posts on the Forum - you cannot block that.

Even if the profile is hidden or has u previously blocked just click on it and in the menu bar u can block them |
