Cut the grass all 1 acre, did some electrical work around the house, first day feeling better after 6 months of ilness, booked holiday to Dubai to celebrate and now heading to neighbours for a quiet evening, NOT!!

I'm going for a walk, I added a few pounds sitting at my grandads death bed, and then at my mothers hospital bed when she took unwell when he passed.

So I am trying to get myself more active and decided to walk as want to ease myself in. I know going back into it too quick is an easy way to injure myself.
