Agreed, a stupid acronym that just seems to become catch all term.
Im all for Childlessness women having equal rights to plenty of sex!

Because people love to use labels 
But aside from that, I guess there probably are a few for whom it may fulfil a fetish. Having sex with someone's mom or someone else's wife may give added excitement or be a fantasy, not really unlike those with fetishes for particular professions like nurses, Gardaí, plumbers, etc... But then if someone seems to be turned on by your job or station in life, and refers to you as a milf, a hotwife, a nurse, a Guard... Does it feel like they are more into the role than you as a person? |

Id be supprised if majority of men actually link a woman who has given birth to a child and is a housewife to use of the term MILF tbh.
Id say its any 'good looking' woman over and under a certain age range be it childless or not.
Although wearing only an apron can be very sexy hmmmm.
