Crisps are greasy AF and hyper flavoured so I wouldn’t consider the same!

They add much needed texture to soft breads.

Love crusts and love the heel. They should sell a pan with only heels.

Had a Guinness and beef stew in a hollowed out crusty loaf once and it was delicious.

When you say crusts I think of batch loaves, sliced pans etc which I don’t like but if you’re including say a tasty French stick well that’s different. Pizza crust with no sauce or cheese is a no go zone!

Well u can leave a crust from a slice of bread from any sort of a loaf can’t ya but i don’t think it’s practical to cut off the “crust” ( but it's not really a crust is it) from a French stick. That’s would be silly( unless anyone comes along and tells me they cut around the circular edge of a slice of French stick just leaving the soft interior it eat ????)
