So I have noticed alot of "stats" and "facts" used in discussions recently.
Some are undeniable some are complete FABrications and are impossible to prove.
So do you like to use stats when having a discussion? Are you more swayed by cold hard facts or a passionate personal argument?
Do you do a fact search when you read a stat posted on here?
Remember fabbers you are 69% more likely to get lucky of you are nice to each other |

Statistics that depend of people being out and honest are flawed by nature so I don't pay any attention to them and I don't pay attention to people who base their discriminatory preferences on them either. |

How about proven facts do you use them in debates or just personal experiance and feelings? |

If something is a proven fact I'm not going to deny that wholly but it depends on the situation. I may take the fact into consideration but choose to follow my instincts and vice versa.
And I think in the same in debates. I will present undisputible facts if I have them but you can't deny that empathy and emotions are as much a factor in a debate as anything else. They just shouldn't be the only factor. |

I wouldn’t get bogged down in facts other than headline ones like, safe sex, vaccines etc. you don’t need the minutiae you need to know the key information piece to form your decision. My nature is to interact with people at a human personal level and so in discussions that’s what I tend to respond to. |

I’ve no intention of reading anything, I intend carrying out empirical research and base my response on the outcome. My research methods are controversial but effective I’ll explain it all when you get here |

Research by doing?
That’s highly sensitive information... but between you and me it will involve rigorous testing and putting the subject through his paces. I will be the sole arbiter of the outcome by comparing his results against the market gold standard "
