2 months for me. I also once challenged myself to go 3 weeks without wanking lol. Ended up having a meet and had the heaviest cum ending in history. She was very pleased I came lol

I have reguarly gone months at a time without sex. It doesnt really bother me unless there is someone I have on my mind.

When time and other factors allow I would be a bit more proactive but I can kimd of switch that side of my personality off if needs be
