I'm staying on Cork on Easter Monday as some thoughtless client has booked an early morning meeting on Tuesday....any recommendations for somewhere good to eat please?

Thanks!

Unless you're averse to seafood - I'd go to Quinlans - great fish restaurant.

Fish/electric.

Burgers/son of a bun.

Spitjack and Liberty grill are both great options.

"Cornstore is unreql"

The staff are great. The place is lovely. Very nice setting. The food for me isn't consistent enough. Have tried a few times now to give the benefit of the doubt. Maybe twice out of 5 or 6 visits has it been as good as it's made out to be.

Cork

Elbow Lane on Oliver Plunkett Street is well worth a visit. Specialises in steak and is my favourite place to eat in Cork. It's small and they don't take bookings and operate a walk in only policy but def worth trying if you're looking to eat early. If full then try next door in Market Lane.
